Experience Florida Villas and Apartments Ltd was formed in 2003 and represents over 30 villa developments in the Orlando and Kissimmee area and has access to several hundred properties ranging from the most popular, least expensive, Disney Area allocated on arrival through to the Executive Villas on the golfing complex at Highlands Reserve. Their villas, all with their own private screened pool, range in size from 3 bedrooms up to 6 bedrooms and can be booked for any day arrival, any duration. All properties are air conditioned, fully furnished throughout with an extensively fitted kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite, cable TV and all bed linen.

Executive Villas provide that "Something Special & Memorable" experience. Guests can expect to be allocated a newer property with a larger than average floor area. The home will provide upgraded furnishings, possibly an additional family room, and at least one extra TV in a bedroom. Many of the homes may be located on a gated community, or have lake or conservation views. Others could have the added benefit of being on a golfing complex with clubhouse incorporating restaurant, fitness centre, communal pool & children's playground

These two superb communities face each other on Highway 27. Only a short drive to the Walt Disney World Resort and close to many shops and restaurants. Both communities have many large homes with up to six bedrooms.
