Majesty of the Seas - About this Ship

Majesty of the Seas will go into dry dock from January 12 through February 9, 2007 for renovations, which will extend to every area of the ship.

Introduced in April of 1992, Majesty of the Seas has been a favorite of new and seasoned cruisers alike. The popular 2,744 passenger ship will undergo extensive renovations from top to bottom, providing guests with additional exciting dining, entertainment and fitness options. Majesty will go back into service on February 12, 2007.

New and updated features include:
  • Refurbished staterooms with new bedding and flat-screen TV's
  • Refurbished corridors
  • Remodeled Centrum, dining rooms, and pool deck
  • Refurbished casino, theatre and entertainment areas
  • Remodeled Adventure Ocean Youth Program facilities
  • Expanded & redesigned ShipShape Day Spa and Fitness Center
  • New Windjammer Cafe with Sorrento's and Johnny Rockets section
  • Royal Caribbean's hallmark Boleros Latin Lounge
  • Latte-tudes coffee shop featuring Seattle's Best Coffee and
    an ice cream parlor
  • Expanded conference facilities

Majesty of the Seas offers many activities like an amazing ShipShape Spa, an onboard cinema, nine lounges, two outdoor and indoor pools plus much more. It also provides ample space for intimate gatherings as well as 'family-style' events. The 2,350 guest Majesty of the Seas sails 3 and 4-night cruises to the Bahamas year-round.
