AIRLINE & AFFILIATED STAFF OF:
- Current employees of passenger airlines.
- Retired employees of passenger airlines.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) of current / retired employees of passenger airlines travelling with or without the staff member.
- Friends sharing a cabin with current / retired employees of passenger airlines.
- Cargo airline employees.

PERMANENT STAFF SELLING, MARKETING OR PROMOTING TRAVEL & AFFILIATED EMPLOYEES OF:
- Cruise line employees.
- Ferry company employees.
- Multiples / independent bonded travel agents (ABTA, ATOL, IATA, TTA, CAA, Global Travel).
- Tour operators
- Spouse, parents and parents in law may travel with or without the staff member.


Industry employees travelling with a spouse and dependent children may request an additional cabin which well be confirmed at Majestic America Line⿿s discretion.

Friends & Family additional cabins may be requested and confirmation will be considered based on space availability.

Majestic America Line requires proof of Industry Rate Eligibility in the form of a letter of employment on company letterhead and a copy of the employee's ID immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Spouses, dependant children, parents & parents in law of the employee are required to supply a letter on company letterhead stating they are the employee's spouse, dependant child, parent and/or parent in law along with a copy of picture ID to be eligible for industry rates.

Without proof of qualified industry eligibility, Majestic America Line reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
