- Air Traffic Controllers.

- Ground maintenance.
- Airport Authorities, i.e. BAA.
- Airport handling.
- International Air Transport Association (IATA).
- Airfreight companies (IATA only).

PERMANENT STAFF SELLING, MARKETING OR PROMOTING TRAVEL & AFFILIATED EMPLOYEES OF:
- Cruise line employees.
- Ferry company employees.
- Multiples / independent bonded travel agents (ABTA, ATOL, IATA, TTA, CAA, Global Travel).
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) of multiples / independent bonded travel agents travelling with/without the staff member.
- Tour operators.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) of tour operators travelling with/without the staff member.
- GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan).
- Car hire companies.
- Tourist boards.
- Destination management & representation.
- Reservation companies.
- Tour operators (BITOA).
- Hotel companies.
- Foreign exchange (counter staff only).

MILITARY PERSONNEL OF:
Active / Retired British Army personnel.
Active / Retired Royal Navy personnel.
Active / Retired Royal Air Force personnel.
Immediate family members (spouse, parents and parents in law, dependant children) of current / retired military personnel travelling with the military member (max 2 cabins).
